CAN I JUST BOOK DAY OF COORDINATION?
We totally get it, you’ve done most of the planning and just need someone to bring it all together on the big day! At Hailey Beard Events, we don’t offer “day-of” coordination because we believe your wedding deserves more care and connection than a single day allows. Our Wedding Management package begins 90 days before your wedding, giving us the time to get to know you, understand every detail, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. During those final months, we step in to finalize logistics, review vendor details, build your custom timeline, and make sure your entire day runs flawlessly. It’s the perfect balance between hands-on support and peace of mind — so when your wedding day arrives, you can simply celebrate

Absolutely! While our home base is in Central Florida, we happily plan and coordinate weddings throughout the entire state from coast to coast. Our bags are always packed, and our team has had the joy of producing celebrations across the U.S., including Texas, California, and Virginia, and even internationally.

DO YOU HELP WITH OTHER EVENTS LIKE REHEARSALS OR BRIDAL SHOWERS ?
Yes! We love being part of all your celebrations not just the wedding day. From rehearsal dinners and bridal showers to welcome parties and even corporate events, we offer these services à la carte so every occasion gets the same level of care, coordination, and hospitality. We believe every event deserves to feel thoughtful, seamless, and joy-filled — and we’re here to make that happen!

HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE ?
It’s easy! First, book a consultation call so we can connect and chat all about your vision. Once you’re ready to make it official, we’ll send over your contract and retainer invoice to secure your date on our calendar. After that, it’s time to pop the bubbly and celebrate!

Who will be my wedding planner when I book?
When you book with Hailey Beard Events, you don’t just get one planner — you get an entire dream team.
✨ Hailey, your Client Experience Bestie will be with you from day one, guiding you through onboarding, answering questions, and cheering you on every step of the way.
✨ Heather, our Lead Certified Wedding Planner joins your onboarding call so you can get to know her right away! Throughout your planning process, both Heather and Hailey will be there to support you, offer expert advice, and make sure no detail goes unnoticed. Heather will then take the lead on your timeline creation, venue walkthrough, and floor plan design, and she’ll be by your side on wedding day to bring your entire vision to life.
✨ You’ll also have your very own Wedding Concierge, Makalia, who provides white-glove service, grabbing your coffee or lunch, steaming dresses, cueing family, fluffing your gown, and ensuring you’re completely cared for all day long.
✨ And finally, our dedicated team of wedding assistants supports Heather behind the scenes so everything runs flawlessly from setup to the final send-off.
