Hailey Beard Events is a Wedding and Event Planning Company based in Charlottesville Virginia + Lakeland Florida. We travel all over the Virginia, as well as Central and South Florida.We specialize in Wedding Management to help the Bougie Boss Babe Brides. Our clientele are TYPE A clients that plan everything themselves, but need someone to bring the little details together and run the show on wedding day for them. However along the process we want to be your added best friend on wedding day, this way you can trust me to make the day you have been dreaming about, happen!
Each wedding we start our day checking in during Hair & Makeup (which includes your planner bringing you coffee/tea) and we don’t leave until after guests - to ensure everyone is gone. We love every moment of wedding days that's why we will be there the entire day. So sit back, RELAX, drink your champagne and let us bring everything together for you! This way you can party & celebrate your love with all your friends and family!

Hey hey!
For as long as I could remember, I have always had a passion for serving and making people happy. I grew a love for weddings while watching Father of the Bride with my dad. I have a 10 year background in the
Hospitality industry, Catering, Floral Design,
and Venue Management, this has strengthened my skills as a Wedding Planner. I am also a Certified Wedding Planner and Educator through CWP Society.

When I am not working you can normally find me cuddling my dachshund puppy -Lilou, traveling somewhere new, stuffing my face with tacos(and Margaritas) and of course always making memories with friends and family.
