From the moment you inquire, my goal is for you to feel fully supported, celebrated, and confident throughout your entire wedding journey, not just on the wedding day itself. I want this season of your life to feel joyful and exciting, knowing you have someone in your corner every step of the way.
My passion for serving others and creating meaningful experiences is what led me to the wedding industry. With over a decade of experience in hospitality : including catering, floral design, venue management, and wedding coordination I bring a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every celebration I’m honored to be a part of.
As a Certified Wedding Planner through the CWP Society, I’m committed to creating an elevated and seamless experience for every couple I serve. I’ll be one of your main points of contact throughout the planning process helping you navigate decisions, talking through ideas, calming nerves, and advocating for your vision from beginning to end.

With a background in catering, weddings, and event rentals, Heather has a deep understanding of how every moving piece of a wedding day comes together. From timelines and vendor communication to room flips and guest flow, she thrives in the details and believes flawless execution starts long before wedding day arrives.
Heather dives deep into your vision to ensure every detail is thoughtfully organized and prepared with intention. On wedding day, she’s right by your side guiding each moment, keeping everything flowing smoothly, and making sure you feel completely taken care of. With calm energy and confidence, Heather manages vendors, handles logistics, and navigates the unexpected behind the scenes, all while protecting your experience and bringing your vision to life seamlessly.
And when it’s time to celebrate? She’s also your biggest hype girl cheering you on, dancing with you and your bridal party, and making sure you soak in every joyful, unforgettable second of your wedding day
