Hailey built her business on one simple belief: you deserve to feel taken care of!
Her passion for serving others and spreading joy led her to the wedding industry, inspired by childhood memories of watching Father of the Bride with her dad. With over a decade of experience in hospitality—including catering, floral design, and venue management—she brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every wedding she’s part of.
As a Certified Wedding Planner accredited by the CWP Society, Hailey is committed to delivering an elevated and seamless experience. Throughout your entire journey, she serves as one of your main point of contacts guiding you through decisions, a sounding board if you need to vent or talk through a decesion, and advocating for your vision every step of the way.
Known for her supportive, “bestie” approach, Hailey is your sounding board, your guide, and your biggest advocate making sure you feel confident, cared for, and fully supported from start to finish.
Her next venture includes opening a vineyard and wedding venue, continuing her mission of creating spaces where meaningful moments are celebrated.

She dives deep into every detail during planning, so when the day arrives, you can trust that everything is handled with care and intention.
She’s who you’ll be side by side with on your wedding day walking you through each moment, keeping everything flowing, and making sure you feel completely taken care of. From managing vendors to advocating for your vision, Heather leads with confidence and calm, protecting your experience every step of the way.
